As a Consultant I have insight into various companies and cultures. I have perfected my strengths in particularly difficult cases: Analyzing, making suggestions and implementing them - this can also mean management responsibility.
A stiff breeze revitalizes my senses!
Resistance and declining profits inspire my brain cells. Forming new alliances, showing employees perspectives, promoting entrepreneurial skills, turning those affected into participants - these are the building blocks of my success. My personality and experience guarantee that I don't “fall over” in the face of resistance but instead act as a "beacon" to keep things moving in the right direction.
Don't lose the ground unter your feet!
